Justice for Germany
1 The German welfare state
We will reflect about the subject "Justice for Germany", about our people, and it's somewhat difficult relation with itself. We don’t want to dwell for too long with superficial phenomenon. But it is strange, and many Germans feel offended about the fact that a Turk who’s convicted for incitement to murder can not be extradited to his Turkish homeland after doing his time.
Khalif of Cologne

A German court interprets German laws in such a way that the so-called "Khalif of Cologne" doesn’t feel obliged to return to Turkey, and can go on living on welfare in Germany.

Then a nationwide newspaper revealed the case of Miami-Rolf.
This penniless German pensioner received contributions from the city welfare department in the county of Niedersachsen for living expenses, rent and wages for a cleaning lady, a total monthly amount of 1.425 Euro (1800 $ US or £ 985) sent to sunny Florida. At the time being this is fully legal, for according to § 119 of the German welfare law German citizens can receive financial support abroad, if "strong arguments speak against returning home".
It was concluded in a psychiatric report that Rolf J. was better off in his "usual environment" in Florida. He has better chances of being "taken care of" by his American friends over there....
Recently a welfare department in the county of Hessen was forced by a decision of the Court to pay for a 54 years old welfare recipient's use of the potency drug Viagra. The newspaper "Das freie Wort" ("Free Speech") from the city of Suhl wrote the following: "Viagra on expense of the state, that was yesterday, but now we have something called "Germany-allergy too".
Oldenburger Nordwest Zeitung suggests to its readers; "Germans, stop working.
Off to Paradise". Very to the point the paper "Deister- und Weserzeitung“ wrote: "Anger and dismay have reached the boiling point".
Many of you know similar examples of how the German wellfare state’s social safety net is being exploited to the limit. Because of that, the individual, who used to be called a "freeloader", usually has no bad consciousness at all.
Well meaning politicians from the whole political spectrum have stimulated the "It’s my right" way of thinking, it can even be said, that they have made it a matter of course. That way it’s been completely lost out of sight that all this welfare money has to be earned first by other people, through hard labor, or has to be laid as a burden on the next generation of taxpayers in the form of government lending.
When balancing rights and duties, one puts the individual's rights first, the individual's plights, on the contrary, are considered last. How many people in Germany attune their plans and actions not only according to what’s good for themselves, but also according to what’s good for society, or their country?
The "we" thinking and social consciousness certainly needs to be strengthened. It’s a sad fact that this exercise is needed just now, in a period with economical regression. The number of cutbacks already implemented is not small; one doesn’t have to be a prophet in order to be able to predict, that the number of the ones to come will be even bigger.. The main part of the population doesn’t oppose the policy of retrenchment.
They are only asking for one thing; it has to be done in a just way. When failing CEO’s let themselves be rewarded with golden handshakes counted in two-digit millions, workers who through no fault of one's own are without a job, are not the only people who will lack understanding.
It would even be possible to understand these ridiculous dispositions as consequences of the so called capitalist system, and try to excuse by similar practices in the US.
2 Unfair treatment of Germans by their own government
But especially in relation to their own state, many Germans sense injustice. They have a feeling that they get worse treatment as ordinary Germans than others do. Those who fulfill their duties as a citizen, are working hard and raise children, shall not expect praise. On the contrary, they are more likely to feel stupid. It is from their pockets that the ever money hungry state fills its empty treasury.
I am afraid, Ladies and Gentlemen, that I can’t really rid myself from the suspicion, that one does not exactly get special treatment being a German in Germany.
No, not at all.
I have presented three questions to the government:
- Is the government, keeping in mind the decrease in tax revenues, willing to lower it’s payments to the European Union?
The answer was: The German obligations to the European Union will be fulfilled without cutbacks.
- Is the government willing to also act on behalf of the German forced laborers, after an amount of 10 billion Euro (US $ 12,635,034,267 or UK £ 688,397,626) as compensation for foreign and Jewish forced laborers has been granted?
The answer was: The two cases can’t be compared. The government is not even willing to advocate a symbolical compensation and sending a message of rehabilitation to the German forced laborers from Russia, Poland and the Czech Republic.
- Is the government willing, taking into account the negative economic developments and the declining of tax revenues, to adjust the amount being paid according to the Law for Recompensation [Bundesentschädigungsgesetz] (that is first and foremost to the Jewish victims of National Socialism) to the diminished liquidity of the German state?
The answer was: "No, the respect for the former suffering of these people obliges us to maintain the present level of compensation, absolutely uncut.
These answers left me wondering quite a bit, but they reinforced a commonly held opinion in our country: First the others, then we. To say it a bit harshly, the most important thing is that the German transfers to the foreign accounts keep coming in, uncut and in time. The German people once again will have to tighten their belts some more.
Honestly, I would wish we could agree on one thing, as do most countries in the world. There the notion is: One’s own nation should take care of its own citizens first and foremost.
If some form of special treatment of Germans has been judged as being impossible, at least I would ask for an equal treatment of foreigners and Germans.
3 German history
When asked about the reasons for this imbalance, many people will answer: It’s caused by German history.
Ladies and Gentlemen, no educated sane citizen, will seriously try to white-wash German history, or try to make it vanish into the shadows of the past. No we all know the shocking and unique crimes that were committed on Hitler’s orders.
Hitler as a personification of evil, and with him the Germans, have in some way become the negative symbol of this century. It is called "a past that can not dwindle". But still the Hitler phenomenon is given an exaggerated degree of presence. Thousands of more or less bad movies, sustain and renew the prejudice about the stupid, brutal and criminal German soldiers, especially in English speaking countries.
If attention is being drawn to the fact that Germans, also, have been the victims of atrocities committed by other states, this is already perceived as breaking a taboo.
Over and over again, we sense how strongly twelve years of the National Socialism heritage pervades our every day lives. The discussion around the center against expulsion (2) proves this. At the same time the danger of the balancing the compensations then is immediately put to a halt. Referred is the fact that the Second World War was started by the Hitler regime.
In a recent interview Hans-Olaf Henkel, the vice president of the Federation of German Industry (Bundesverband der deutschen Industrie) has pointed out this negative preoccupation with the past. He stated: "Our original sin paralyzes the country" (HÖR ZU 21/2003, Page 16 ff [German magazine]).
Again and again, we are made to feel, how much the tvelve years of National socialist reign pervades our everyday lives.
4 Brown heritage
One could almost say that the longer the Nazi dictatorship lies in the past, the more the Hitlerian monster gains in strength. The mob of his right wing extremist followers shall not be underestimated. The repelling aggressiveness of their public rallies mainly results in a very limited number of supporters in today’s democratic Germany.
At election times the German voters administer these dumbo’s a crushing defeat, as is the case in comparable neighboring countries.
The failed attempt to pass a law that was to forbid the NPD probably is an advantage, since now it is not the Constitutional Court of Justice (Verfassungsgericht), but the German voters that will judge this brown scum.
The present visible division of the brown heritage is part of the unpleasant, but probably inevitable phenomenon in a parliamentary democracy. The fools on the right and the left side of the political spectrum, will have to be fought politically, and where criminal law is violated, with juridical means.
The institutions that protect the state and our constitution have proven their worth, and have earned our trust during critical situations, such as during the period with the bloody RAF (Rote Armee Fraktion) terrorism.
It is not the brown hoards that gather under the symbols of good (3) that worries us most.
The omnipresent crack in our national consciousness that was released by the after effects of the Hitler-era, on the other hand, worries us deeply.
The crimes that were caused by him, the industrial destruction of people, especially the European Jews lays a heavy burden on German history. The feeling of guilt over being accessory to these crimes against humanity has almost led to a new self-perception for the Germans.
In spite of the assurances from all sides, that there is no such thing as a collective responsibility, or collective guilt, despite sophisticated word creations such as " collective responsibility" and "collective guilt": When it comes to the matter; Germans are a people of "perpetrators".
Any other nation has a tendency, when it comes to that point, to project a more positive spotlight onto the dark chapters of their history. Shameful events are shielded from consciousness. In the case of others, new interpretations are permitted.
The classical example is the French Revolution. There are massacres in Paris and in the provinces, especially in the Vendée. Thereafter the assuming of control by a dictator, whose wars of conquest led to millions of dead in Europe. The majority of the French and non French still describe this revolution with all its terror as some act of emancipation, and Napoleon as some benevolent and enlightened father of modern Europe.
5 No mercy for Germans
Such a gracious way of seeing things is not allowed for Germans. It is being prevented with tremendous force by the present dominating political class and science in Germany. They "insist almost neurotically on the existence of German guilt", as Joachim Gauck expressed it on October 1, 2003.
With an almost religious zeal, ever new generations of German scientists explore even the narrowest branches and recesses of the Nazi era.
One is surprised, that there hasn’t come anybody forward yet with a proposal to abstain from using forks and knifes, on the notion that these were used to strengthen the perpetrators of those times. The Germans as perpetrators. This has become an image with a great international impact. The rest of the world has adapted itself to the role of innocent lambs – relatively innocent lambs, perhaps – at best.
He who doesn’t accept this handing out of the roles, with on the one side the Germans as the all times biggest villains and there the morally superior nations, will find himself in problems up to his neck.
Problems, exactly from that side that has made it their main occupation to "ask rhetorical questions", to critise, and to reveal. Some of these revealers have made it all the way to the top of the state apparatus, as we all know.
6 Germans have endured and repented
Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,
To avoid any confusion: Together with you, I stand for truth and transparency. Nothing shall be left out or flattered. "Never compromise the truth, even if it is painful, it doesn’t leave regret", says the poet. ("Hehle nimmer mit der Wahrheit, bringt sie Leid, nicht bringt sie")
Yes, the uncomfortable, the unbelievable, the shameful shall be endured.
We Germans have endured, we endure it for decades already. But for many people the question presents itself, if that exaggerated number of truths' about those criminal and fatal twelve years which the Nazi dictatorship lasted is not:
- being staged, and
- against the expectations of the popular pedagogic expectations, could turn around into a defensive stance.
Again and again, the same terrifying truth: This can, this has to, result in psychological damage, as we know from psychology and the social sciences.
It gets really bad, when American Junior professor (Daniel Jonah Goldhagen), as a result of his research calls our whole nation a "nation of born killers".
This thesis, that is just as outrageous as it is false, has yet given him the attention of the media and earned him lots of money from sold copies. Other nations would have left him with cold contempt.
Of course young people will not let themselves be burdened by their grandfathers' and great grandfathers' mistakes without defending themselves.
One thing is beyond doubt: After the Hitler-era, the German people have occupied themselves with this period in a most extraordinary way, without sparing anybody or anything, have begged for forgiveness, and in the framework of the humanly possible, they have delivered reparations in amounts that have been counted in billions, first and foremost to the Jews. I can refer to agreements between Germany and the state of Israel during the governments of Adenauer and Ben Gurion. The main part of the German population explicitly recognizes these agreements, although death and suffering in great quantities can not be undone.
From this perspective, I want to ask a provoking question: Is there a dark side to the Jewish people, who we only perceive in the role of the victims in recent history, or were the Jews only victims who suffered?
7 Henry Ford - The Eternal Jew
Ladies and Gentlemen,
You may be surprised to hear that the American automobile tycoon Henry Ford wrote a book in the year 1920 titled: "The International Jew". This book experienced a levy of 500,000 copies in the USA.
It was a bestseller, and it was translated into 16 languages. In this book, in a very generalizing way, he exposes the Jews as "World Bolsheviks". He thought he could detect an all-Jewish imprint on the Red Russia, where the Bolshevik revolution raged. He characterized the Jews "to a great extent" as "revolutionaries". Thereby he pointed at Russia, Germany, and Hungary.
In his book Ford expressed that there was some kind of "similarity in spirits" with regard to Judaism and Communism, respectively Bolshevism.
How did Ford reach his conclusions that in our ears come close to Nazi propaganda? Let us hear what the Jew Felix Teilhaber said in 1919: "Socialism is a Jewish idea.... For thousands of years our sages preached Socialism". That way he also tells us that Jewish thinkers were standing at the cradle of both Communism and Socialism.
Karl Marx, for example, descends from rabies through both parents. His portrait hang on the wall in the room of a Jewish women researcher, who confesses: "I was raised with the idea that a Jew makes an effort for social justice, is progressive and socialist. Socialism was our religion. "Over and over again these early socialist writings strike a half way religious tone.
Many of the Jews who engaged themselves in Bolshevism felt themselves more or less as "The world revolution’s believing soldiers". Thus Kurt Einsner expected already in 1908, that, "the socialist religion" would be victorious over "The despair of the vale of tears" and "the earthly fate’s hopelessness". Leo Rosenberg idealizes the proletariat as the "World Messiah".
We are left with the question: How many Jews were actually represented in the revolutionary assemblies?
4 Jews were part of the 7 men Politibureau. Leo Trotsky, Leo Kamenjew, Gregory Sinowjew and Gregory Sokolnikow. The none-Jews were Lenin, Stalin and Bubnow (1).
Among the 21 members of the Revolutionary Central Committee in Russia in 1917, 6 had the Jewish nationality, which is 28.6 %.
This overrepresentation of Jews amongst the creators of the Communist Movement was in no way limited to the Soviet Union. Table 1 Leaders
Also Ferdinand LaSalle was Jewish, as were Eduard Bernstein and Rosa Luxemburg.
In Germany in 1924 4 out of 6 leaders of the Communist Party were Jewish, and thereby made up two thirds.
In Vienna out of 137 leading Austro-Marxists there were 81 Jews, which comprises 60%.
Among the 48 Folk Commissionaires, there were 30 Jews.
But also among the Soviet revolutionary secret police the Jewish quota was exceptionally large. While the Jewish quota of the total Russian population in 1939 was about 2 %, the Jewish Cheka (Tcheka) leaders made up no less than 39 %.
"Jewish", to make things clear, was recognized as a separate nationality in the Soviet Union.
The Jewish quota of the Cheka was by 36% higher than the Russian.
In the Ukraine even 75 % of the Cheka were Jews
These facts lead onward to a chapter that at that time caused an enormous outrage. The murder of the Russian Tsar family had been planned by the Jew Jacob Swerdlov, and Tsar Nicholas II was murdered by the Jew Chaimowits Jurowski in person. Furthermore, there is the question if the Jews in the Communist movement were merely followers, or if they had a leading function. The latter was the case. Leo Trotsky in the UUSR, and Bela Kun in Hungary.
The Munich Räte Republic shall not be forgotten: Kurt Eisner, Eugen Leviné, Tobias Achselrod and other Jews were active here as the unrivalled leading personalities.
The intrusion of armed Red Brigadists into the later Pope Pacelli’s nuniature in Munich caused enormous commotion. He was threatened with a gun to his chest by the armed revolutionaries. Also the shooting of seven members of the Thule Society , that was closely connected to what later became the NSDAP, showed the determination of the revolutionary process.
This shooting of hostages, that made headlines in the newspaper The London Times, gave rise to a poisonous anti-Semitism, and caused a cry for revenge, with effects that would leave their mark long after.
We could also ask more about the Jewish communist’s revolutionary zeal and determination.
Well, this revolutionary élite was dead serious; in the words of Franz Koritschoner from the KPÖ (Austrian Communist Party). To lie and steal, yes to kill for an idea, that is courage, that shows stature.
Gregory Sinowjew declared in 1917: "90 out of the 100 millions Soviet Russians will have to follow camp. About the rest, we've got nothing to say to them. They are to be exterminated" (P.138). It was voiced in a similar way by Moisei Wolodarski: "The interests of the revolution demand the physical annihilation of the bourgeoisie." (P.138). The same goes for Arthur Rosenberg in 1922: "The Soviet power is obliged to neutralize their uncompromising opponents." (P.163).
It was doubtless, that these statements by the Jewish revolutionaries were no empty threats.
This was deadly serious. According to a statistical study by a professor who was presented by Churchill in 1930, 28 orthodox Bishops, 1.219 orthodox priests, 6.000 professors and teachers, 9.000 doctors, 12.950 landowners, 54.000 officers, 70.000 policemen, 193.000 workers, 260.000 soldiers, 355.000 intellectuals and merchants and 815.000 farmers had fallen as victims of the Soviets until 1924.
An especially revolting chapter was the annihilation of any resistance against the forced collectivization in the Ukraine. Under the examplatory participation of Jewish Chekists far more than 10 million people found their death here.
The outspoken anti-church and anti-Christian objectives of the Bolshevist Revolution shall not be played down, as is the case in most schoolbooks. It is a fact, that Bolshevism, with their militant atheism has carried out the greatest persecutions of Christians, and religion as such.
According to statistics worked out by the Russian authorities, 96,000 orthodox Christians, among them priests, deaconesses, monks, nuns, and other church workers were shot after having been arrested.
Neither the orthodox churches, nor the convents were spared. Buildings either were destroyed or used for profane activities. Churches were turned into clubs, shops or warehouses. Gold and silver from religious objects were used to finance worldwide revolutionary movements.
How did things go for the religious Jews in the former Soviet Union? They also were exposed to Bolshevik persecution. At the top of the Bolshevik so called Godless Society stood no other than Trotzky. He then lied about his jewish background then, but was nevertheless seen as jewish by the Russians and the rest of the world.
Ladies and Gentlemen,
We have just seen how much and how constantly the Jews have put their mark on the revolutionary movement in Russia and the central European states. This caused the American president Woodrow Wilson in 1919 to reach the conclusion, that the Bolshevik Movement was "Jewish led". Considering the millions of dead, one could ask with some justification about the role of the Jews as perpetrators.
Jews were active in great numbers, as well in the leadership, as with the Cheka firing squads. Judged by these facts, it would feel justified to call the Jews a people of "perpetrators".
That may sound terrible. But it would still follow the same logic, as the one used to call the Germans a people of perpetrators.
Ladies and Gentlemen,
We will take a closer look. Those Jews that had sold themselves to Bolshevism had before then cut their ties to their religion. They were Jews by decent and education, but were haters of every religion by their views of the world.
Something similar was true for National Socialism. Most of them came from Christian homes. They had defied their religion, and had become enemies of the Christian and the Jewish religion. The common elements of Bolshevism and National Socialism were their anti religious understandings, and their Godlessness.
Because of that neither "Germans", nor "Jews" are a people of perpetrators. It can be said with every justification, though, that: The Godless, with their godless ideologies were the perpetrators of this last, bloody, Century. These godless ideologies gave the justification for "the tools of evil", even their lack of guilt in perpetrating their crimes.
In this way, they could put themselves above the Devine commandments: "Thou shall not kill".
The result was an, in the context of history, so far exceptional murder of millions.
That is why, ladies and gentlemen, I plead with emphasis, that we shall reflect on our religious roots and bonds. Only by doing that will we be able to prevent similar disasters as those that have been thrown at us by the Godless.
The Christian religion is a religion of life. Christ said. "I have come for Thou shall have life and live in abundance (Joh 10, 10). By this is meant, not only the hereafter, but also our present lives and survival. Therefore it is also important that we mention our relationship to God in the new European Constitution.
Dear Ladies and Gentlemen, we have seen how the allegation, that the Germans are no more than a "people of perpetrators", is unfounded, and overlooks the essence of the matter.
In the future we will defend ourselves against these allegations.
Our motto shall be: Justice for Germany, justice for the German people.
I have now come to the end of my speech, and say:
With God towards a good future for Europe!
With God towards a good future, especially for our German fatherland.
